To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, my4dlive may at any time request that you submit identity verification documentation, including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, and proof of residential address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits and confirmed as belonging to the registered account holder. my4dlive does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum single withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the account dashboard.
All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). my4dlive does not charge currency conversion fees for MYR transactions, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by my4dlive are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer. Where a conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements apply to the bonus amount and any winings generated from Bonus Funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be clearly stated in each individual promotion's terms.
The use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements or exploit bonus structures constitutes bonus abuse. my4dlive reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit winnings, and permanently terminate accounts found engaging in bonus abuse, without prior notice.
my4dlive operates a tiered loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold). Points are awarded based on qualifying wagers and may be redeemed in accordance with the programme rules available on the Platform. Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. my4dlive reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time with reasonable notice.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the my4dlive Platform:
Breach of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
All content on the my4dlive Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, sound files, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of my4dlive or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without our express prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, my4dlive, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
Without limiting the foregoing, my4dlive accepts no liability for: (a) losses arising from game outcomes; (b) technical interruptions, downtime, or data loss; (c) unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain account security; (d) the actions or content of third-party payment providers; or (e) decisions made by you in reliance on any information provided on the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted access, we do not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or defects at all times.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closing your Account, any real-money balance remaining will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and provided the balance is not subject to active bonus wagering obligations.
my4dlive reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if: (a) you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; (c) we are required to do so by law or regulatory direction; or (d) it becomes necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other users.
Upon termination by my4dlive for breach, any funds arising from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not associated with fraud will be returned to the original deposit method following completion of any applicable investigation.

my4dlive will use all reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the matter.
my4dlive reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
